I have a mix between photo-journalistic and posed images. Of course, we take some classics of the wedding party and the couple. I really love capturing the details, the personal connection, and the tender moments that help you remember the feelings, the joy, and the connections with those you love.

I love to be creative and show your personalities. Engagements can be very adventurous-- We can talk about possibilities in your consultation.

I am a believer of capturing reality and loving yourself just as you are. I pose in ways that are flattering to your figure and do not to massive alterations in retouching. (if you have a skin blemish, those are temporary and can be edited out for enlargements)

As you can see in the images, my style varies based on the couple and the location. My goal is to get to know you and what you want then do my best to deliver that to you!

It's a great idea to create a pinterest board of ideas for poses you like and photos that bring you joy.... this will help me get a feel for what you want. It is not necessary, but helpful.

I work with positive, kind, pleasant people who are compassionate, kind, and a joy to work with.

I believe strongly that contention kills joy. We communicate all along the way to get you the best photos possible!

I love photographing weddings for couples with high moral values and modesty.

If you have a same-sex wedding or one with lots of alcohol, I may not be the best photographer for you.

If you are super picky and like to complain, I'm also not the photographer for you.

I'm based in Davis County, Utah. I work in northern utah and I'm open to discussing options if I'm the right fit for you and your location is elsewhere.

Travel is included for Davis/Weber Counties. It's reasonable that I will go up to Cache Valley and down to Utah County as well.

If you are interested in a destination wedding or something with more travel, let's talk about possibilities.

Seriously though... videos are great, but how often will you really sit down and watch them? (I highly recommend having a videographer as well! -- I love seeing things in motion... we just don't do it as often... especially after having kids when life gets busy)

Photos are simple. Easy. Timeless. They can be on your wall and bring a smile to your face again and again.

They anchor in your love and remind you on the days when things get hard.

For wedding day:

If you get a beginning photographer, it can be $500-3000

For an Experienced - Professional Photographer, $4,000-10,000

I am a firm believer that if you don't ask, the answer is no.

I believe in possibilities and my goal is to have everyone overjoyed with the experience.

I know... I really like seeing the prices too.

AND I know that often people will choose in or out based on price without really understanding.

EVERYTHING I DO is CUSTOM!

We will have a consultation. It's important to get to know each other and make sure we have good synergy.

Nothing is quite so awkward as feeling uncomfortable with the person trying to take some of the most important pics of your life!

We will talk about the options, creative possibilities, locations, and more!

Together we will craft a custom package that includes all the things that are most important to you.

If you come prepared for the consultation, we can be most effective.

Please have Dates, Locations, & any specific shots you want listed. As well as any special people I need to be aware of to get photos. (like great-grandma)

Ideally you pay in full at time of booking. This gives you peace knowing it's done and brings the joy of knowing it's checked off your "to do" list.

I realize that is not always possible.

We will customize your payment plan to include a non-refundable booking deposit to save your date. 50% must be paid 1 week before the first photo shoot and payment in full is required before any editing begins.

Final product will be delivered 3-6 weeks after the event. (often sooner)
